My new lamp didn't arrive with the light globe that was supposed to be included with the purchase. Was able to contact FF online and they advised they would ship out the globe the same day. Bit annoying to not be able to use the lamp immediately, but not a huge issue. Overall am satisfied with the purchase.
I ordered a bed. It wasn’t delivered. It had been noted as delivered but I didn’t receive it. I asked for a refund which they agreed to but it never came. Chased the refund and was advised it hadn’t been processed and my bed was still in transit. On and on and on. All this whilst dealing with online customer service as they refuse to answer their phones anymore, it goes straight to message bank telling you to contact them ONLY online. I

It was very easy and fast. I was very satisfied with the the bed and it came quicker than expected.

Would have preferred shorter time frame for delivery since item was in store ie next day delivery not 4 days

Great little side tables, easy to assemble and easy instructions to follow. Great ordering online and then easy fast pickup.

Received 2 texts saying delivered. Was not delivered. Could not ring had to chat on line. Never heard back. Terrible.

I found what I was looking for very easily, the purchase was easy with the payment option I prefer & delivery was within the specified time frame. The young men delivered the item to the room I wanted & I was able to put it together quite easily with all parts fitting properly & going together as they should.

Ordered product online, notified straight away that was picked and ready, then had a lovely follow up phone call to confirm it was ready. When I went to back dock product picked and I was quickly on my way.

The online store is easy to navigate and can be filtered to newest items or price range. There is plenty of products to choose from and usually choice of colours. I have purchased many items to set up my new home and have found the quality to be of high standard - strong, sturdy, appealing products. Assembly was required for all products and was quite simple, quick and easy. Instructions were easy to follow and tools supplied.
Will definitely shop here again.
Staff at warehouse were helpful and friendly. Pick up was available 7 days a week.

Placed order on 21st April 2022 and today is 20th may 2022 and the stock still in transit.
Its a store that place order to China they dont have anything in stock ,pity..

I ordered a 4 seater round dining table and was delivered a 6 seater rectangle table. This was not my error but there's. I ordered this table online as there was stock available. I have contacted there customer service on numerous occasions with no resolution, I keep getting told that they will contact the distribution center and get back to me - still waiting.

After the promise of a 3rd delivery date of April 14, my delivery was cancelled AGAIN!
Oh but it was going to be sent by a special delivery truck on Saturday April 16 between 9 and 12!
It is now 3:30 Saturday and the so called special delivery has still not arrived.
What on earth is going on with your company.
Why can’t you deliver one small chair. I only live about 1 hour from the Dandenong warehouse, I’m not in Perth!
Please please please get this sorted.
