At Brilliance, we stand behind each of our diamonds, engagement rings, and fine jewelry products with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

Follow the easy steps below to return a product:

Call for Return Code

Obtain a Return Code from a Brilliance Representative by calling 866-737-0754. You will be asked to indicate whether you would like a refund, exchange, resizing, or credit for your returned item.

Package Your Return

Package your purchased item and original accompanying materials that were shipped with the item (including the completed invoice, appraisal and diamond certificate, jewelry boxes and free gifts with purchase if applicable) into a securely sealed shipping box.

Insure and Ship the Package

Insure and ship the item back to Brilliance at:

To help ensure the security of your valuable shipment, please do not write "Brilliance" on the label or on the outside of the box. We require that you insure the item for the invoice price and request a return receipt to confirm delivery of your shipment to Brilliance.

Returns Process

Returned products must arrive at our office within 30 days from the date an order is shipped from our facilities. We will not accept returned items that are shipped without the Return Code, improperly packaged, or uninsured. Failure to return the original diamond certificate (when applicable) will void your return. All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, setting (certified diamonds that are purchased loose can't be set in a setting and returned) or resizing (by a jeweler other than Brilliance) that occurred after the item was shipped to the customer. If Brilliance determines that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return, and will be shipped back to you without the issuance of a return credit.

If an item is accepted for return (or an order is canceled), Brilliance will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 15-25 business days. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to the account. Wire transfer payments will be refunded via a company check. The exchange of an item does not extend the original return policy; the replacement item must be returned within 30 days from when the original purchase was shipped.

Once an order begins processing, it can not be canceled, but it may be returned within your 30 day return period for refund, credit, or exchange.

Custom and customized items such as custom rings, custom jewelry or any other special order(s) cannot be returned or canceled. Additionally, Special Collection items, Elysium rings, Parade Designs, design deposits, setting alone orders, melee, customization fees and engraving fees and shipping fees are non-refundable. 90 Day Free Ring Resizing

Any ring purchased from Brilliance can be sent back within 90 days from the date of purchase for a free resizing (return shipping charges will be applied). Ring sizing is completed approximately 10 - 15 business days from the time the shipment is received (once we have resized a ring it is no longer returnable). Please note that diamond eternity bands, some custom designs and some materials cannot be resized.

International Orders

Due to the customs procedures and additional paperwork required to ship jewelry items from one country to another, we do not offer ring resizing services for international orders. To ensure that you order the correct ring size, please see our Ring Size Information page.

International orders can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, excluding the shipping insurance fee.

When you return items from an international order, you act as the exporter and are bound by your country's shipping regulations. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs, including customs fees, taxes, postage, and duties, as well as the retrieval of customs fees and taxes collected by the carrier upon delivery of the package.
